Hotel Europejski Wroclaw

CONFERENCE ROOMS

We offer organizers an air-conditioned conference space that can be adapted to the number of participants and the nature of the event:

• Room A – 25 m² | up to 20 people
• Room B – 50 m² | up to 40 people

• Combined layout – 75 m² | up to 70 people

   

The ability to combine rooms allows for the organization of both intimate meetings and workshops, as well as larger conferences or corporate training sessions.

We provide full multimedia equipment - a projector, screen, sound system, flip chart, and high-speed internet connection, ensuring comfortable conditions for presentations, training sessions, and meetings. Upon request, we also organize coffee breaks and comprehensive catering services - from lunches and dinners to formal dinners. Event participants can also enjoy the hotel’s European Café.

ACCOMMODATIONS

For events lasting several days or for groups arriving from outside Wrocław, we offer participants the option of staying directly at the Hotel Europejski. The air-conditioned rooms are equipped with free Internet access, an LCD TV, a desk, and a private bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer.

The price of your stay includes a buffet breakfast, served:

• Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.,

• and Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
