These are essential for the proper functioning of the Website. Without them, it is not possible to use basic features such as logging in, form handling or protection against attacks. They do not require User consent.

- Other cookies (functional, analytical) are placed solely on the basis of the User's voluntary consent, given via the cookie banner on the first visit (Art. 173(1) of the Telecommunications Act in conjunction with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

8. Server logs
- Regardless of cookies, the server automatically records access logs containing: IP address, date and time of the request, URL of the requested resource, HTTP response code, browser type and version (User-Agent).
- Server logs are used to ensure security, for technical diagnostics and to detect abuse. They are retained for up to 90 days and then automatically deleted.
- Data from logs is not combined with data from forms and is not used to identify individual Users.
9. Changes to the Cookie Policy
- The Operator reserves the right to update this Cookie Policy in the event of changes to the technologies used, applicable legislation or the introduction of new services.
