1. What are cookies?

  2. Cookies are commonly used to ensure the proper functioning of websites, to personalise content, to compile statistics and to improve the overall user experience.

3. Types of cookies used on the Website

  1. The Website uses the following categories of cookies:

    A. Strictly Necessary Cookies

    These are essential for the proper functioning of the Website. Without them, it is not possible to use basic features such as logging in, form handling or protection against attacks. They do not require User consent.

5. Local Storage (browser local storage)

  1. In addition to cookies, the Website uses the browser's localStorage mechanism to store data solely on the User's device:

  2. Data stored in localStorage has no expiry date and remains until it is manually deleted by the User (by clearing browser data) or removed via Website mechanisms.

6. Legal basis for using cookies

  1. Strictly necessary cookies (Section 3A) are placed under Art. 173(3) of the Polish Telecommunications Act — they are necessary to provide the service requested by the User. They do not require consent.
  2. Other cookies (functional, analytical) are placed solely on the basis of the User's voluntary consent, given via the cookie banner on the first visit (Art. 173(1) of the Telecommunications Act in conjunction with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
  3. The User may withdraw or change their consent at any time (see Section 7).

8. Server logs

  1. Regardless of cookies, the server automatically records access logs containing: IP address, date and time of the request, URL of the requested resource, HTTP response code, browser type and version (User-Agent).
  2. Server logs are used to ensure security, for technical diagnostics and to detect abuse. They are retained for up to 90 days and then automatically deleted.
  3. Data from logs is not combined with data from forms and is not used to identify individual Users.

9. Changes to the Cookie Policy

  1. The Operator reserves the right to update this Cookie Policy in the event of changes to the technologies used, applicable legislation or the introduction of new services.
  2. The Operator will inform Users of significant changes via the Website.
