Terms of Service — meetplace.pl

1. General Provisions
- These Terms of Service set out the rules for the provision of electronic services via the meetplace.pl website (hereinafter: the "Service").
- The owner and operator of the Service is 7777 International Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (02-391), ul. Mikołaja Drygały 5, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 14th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number: 0001091860, NIP: 7011194017, REGON: 528047553 (hereinafter: the "Operator").
- By using the Service, the User accepts these Terms of Service.
- These Terms of Service are made available free of charge at meetplace.pl/regulamin in a manner that allows them to be downloaded, saved and printed.
2. Definitions
- Service — the online platform available at meetplace.pl and its language versions, enabling Users to search for, compare and contact conference venues and event service suppliers.
- User — any natural person, legal entity or organisational unit without legal personality that uses the Service.
- Account — an individual User account within the client dashboard, created by the Operator at the User's request.
- Venue — a conference facility, hotel, conference centre, training room or other location listed in the Service.
- Supplier — a company providing event technology or event services listed in the Service.
- Inquiry — a contact form addressed to a Venue or Supplier via the Service.
- Event Brief — a detailed inquiry form generated by the Brief Creator, covering event specifications, technical and service requirements.
- Review — a review of a Venue or Supplier submitted by a User, subject to moderation by the Operator.
3. Types and Scope of Services
- The Service provides the following electronic services:
- searching for and comparing conference Venues based on location, capacity, price, amenities and other criteria;
- searching for event technology and event service Suppliers;
- browsing Venue and Supplier profiles, including descriptions, photographs, room specifications and Reviews;
- sending Inquiries and Event Briefs to Venues and Suppliers;
- submitting Reviews of Venues and Suppliers;
- using AI-powered intelligent search;
- accessing editorial content — blog articles and rankings;
- maintaining an Account in the client dashboard with the ability to manage a Venue/Supplier profile.
- Use of the Service by Users searching for Venues is free of charge.
- The Operator may offer paid promotional services for Venues and Suppliers (featured listings, premium placements) under separate agreements.
4. Conditions of Use
- Use of the Service requires a device with Internet access, an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled.
- The User agrees to:
- provide truthful, current and complete information in all forms;
- use the Service in accordance with its intended purpose, applicable law and good practice;
- refrain from any actions that may disrupt the functioning of the Service, including conducting attacks, using bots, scrapers or other automated tools without the Operator's consent;
- refrain from posting unlawful, offensive, misleading content, content that infringes the rights of third parties or constitutes spam.
- The Operator reserves the right to block access to the Service for any User who violates these Terms of Service.
5. User Account
- Accounts in the client dashboard are created by the Operator at the User's request. The Service does not offer public registration.
- A User with an Account agrees to keep their login credentials (username, password) confidential and not to share them with third parties.
- The User is responsible for all actions performed using their Account.
- The User may request deletion of their Account at any time by sending a request to [email protected].
6. Inquiries and Event Briefs
- The Service enables Users to send Inquiries and Event Briefs to Venues and Suppliers.
- The Operator acts solely as an intermediary in transmitting Inquiries and Briefs and is not a party to any agreement concluded between the User and a Venue or Supplier.
- The Operator is not liable for the content of responses provided by Venues and Suppliers, the timeliness of their responses or the quality of their services.
- Inquiries are subject to rate limiting to prevent abuse.
7. Reviews
- Users may submit Reviews of Venues and Suppliers via the review form.
- All Reviews are subject to moderation by the Operator prior to publication. The Operator reserves the right to reject Reviews that:
- contain offensive, vulgar or unlawful content;
- constitute spam or advertising;
- are unrelated to a genuine experience with the Venue/Supplier's services;
- infringe the rights of third parties.
- By publishing a Review, the User grants the Operator a free-of-charge, non-exclusive licence to use the content of the Review within the Service.
- The owner of a Venue/Supplier has the right to respond to a Review via the client dashboard.
8. Content in the Service
- Content published in the Service, including Venue descriptions, photographs, room specifications, prices, editorial reviews, blog articles and rankings, is provided for informational purposes only.
- The Operator exercises due diligence to ensure that the information is current and accurate; however, it does not guarantee its full accuracy, completeness or timeliness.
- Pricing information is indicative and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code.
- Rankings in the Service are generated based on objective criteria (user ratings, editorial verification) and may include promoted entries, which are clearly marked as such.
9. Intellectual Property
- All content, graphic elements, logos, page layout, software, databases and other elements of the Service are the property of the Operator or are used under appropriate licences and are protected under the provisions of Polish copyright law and industrial property law.
- Copying, distributing, modifying or otherwise using elements of the Service without prior written consent from the Operator is prohibited.
- Trade names, logos and trademarks of Venues and Suppliers presented in the Service are the property of their respective owners.
10. Liability
- The Operator shall not be liable for:
- the content and accuracy of information provided by Venues and Suppliers;
- the quality of services provided by Venues and Suppliers;
- interruptions in the operation of the Service due to technical reasons, maintenance or force majeure;
- damage resulting from use of the Service in violation of these Terms of Service or applicable law;
- the content of external websites linked from the Service;
- loss of data caused by hardware or system failure, or other circumstances beyond the Operator's control.
- The Operator's liability towards Users who are not consumers is limited to actual damage and excludes lost profits.
11. Complaints
- The User has the right to file a complaint regarding the functioning of the Service by sending it to: [email protected].
- A complaint should include: the User's full name or company name, e-mail address, a description of the issue and the expected resolution.
- The Operator shall process the complaint within 14 days of receipt and shall inform the User of its resolution by electronic means.
12. Dispute Resolution
- The parties shall endeavour to resolve any disputes arising from the use of the Service amicably.
- A User who is a consumer has the right to use out-of-court complaint and redress mechanisms, including the ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
- In the absence of an amicable resolution, disputes shall be settled by the court having jurisdiction over the Operator's registered office, subject to mandatory provisions of law (including consumer protection regulations).
13. Amendments to the Terms of Service
- The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service.
- The Operator shall notify Users of any material amendments via the Service or by electronic means with at least 14 days' prior notice.
- Continued use of the Service after the amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms of Service.
- A User who does not accept the amendments has the right to cease using the Service and request deletion of their Account.
14. Final Provisions
- Matters not governed by these Terms of Service shall be subject to Polish law, in particular the Civil Code, the Act on Provision of Electronic Services and the GDPR.
- These Terms of Service enter into force on 21 May 2026.
